About Our Company
In 1983, Parkers Farm out grew its facility and designed a state of the art manufacturing facility in Coon Rapids, Minnesota. This facility is close to major freeways to make transportation of its products much easier.
Over the years, Parkers Farm has expanded its growing product line to include one of the highest qualities of Peanut Butter available. We have also added pimiento spread, six varieties of bagel spreads and five varieties of fresh salsa to the line as well as Con Queso and Jalapeno Nacho Dip. We are currently developing a Feta Cheese line.
All of our items are available in both the food service and retail pack and are in high demand by the Retail and Food Service Industry. Our products are distributed nationwide in both the Parkers Farm label and various private labels that we produce for our customers.
Demand for our products increased drastically and in 2000 we outgrew our facility and purchased an adjoining parcel of land and building; installed coolers for storage and are forging ahead to continue to produce our quality line of products to keep up with the needs of our customers.
In the last 3-5 years, demand for our products grew by 40%. We have the capability of increasing production another 40% before we outgrow this facility. When we outgrow this facility, there is another parcel and building waiting for us.
